Shipping Policy

Senese provides free delivery within Italy, the EU, the UK, and Switzerland for orders above €250. For orders below this amount, a €10 flat delivery rate applies. Deliveries are handled through DHL and are sent via express delivery once the order is ready. Orders are typically delivered within two to three working days, but lead times can vary.

For orders to the USA and Canada, a flat rate of €30 applies to small and standard-sized items. For large items and sinks, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the product, model, and destination. Please contact our Sales department at info@senese.com for more information.

For international deliveries outside the above-mentioned countries, please contact our Sales department at info@senese.com for bespoke delivery solutions.

All Senese products are handcrafted, and for items not held in stock, the delivery time is normally 4 to 6 weeks. Products with certain metal finishes and bespoke orders may require up to 10 weeks for delivery due to a more complex manufacturing process. Please check the delivery lead times provided on each product page before placing your order.

Due to the manual manufacturing process, additional delivery delays may occasionally occur. In the event a delay is expected, you will be notified promptly. Senese is not liable for indirect or consequential damages in the event of a delayed or incorrect delivery.

If you need to amend your order after placing it, please contact us at info@senese.com within one working day. For orders that have already been processed in our factories, we are unable to make modifications.

Email confirmation and a tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Returns

Senese is committed to customer satisfaction. For any questions or concerns related to purchased products, please forward them to service@senese.com.

Senese offers a 15-day return policy for standard products, which means you have 15 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact service@senese.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that Senese cannot cover the return delivery fee.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception. All claims for shipping damage or shortages must be reported by email to service@senese.com within 5 business days of delivery. After 5 business days, Senese will not assume responsibility for shipping damage or shortages.

Non-Returnable Items

Bespoke and custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
